General Questions

Are your licence plates road legal?
Yes! Our plates meet DVLA regulations, including the correct font, size, spacing, and reflectivity requirements.
Do I need to provide documents to order a number plate?

Can I design a custom number plate?
We offer customisation options within legal guidelines. You can choose from different styles, borders, flags, and badge options, but all plates must comply with DVLA regulations.
Do you sell personalised or private number plates?
Yes! We offer a selection of private plates for sale, or we can help you transfer and assign a plate you already own.

Yes, as long as they meet BS AU 145e standards, including correct spacing, size, and reflectivity. We only supply plates that meet legal requirements.
Can I get a plate without the postcode or supplier details?
No. DVLA regulations require supplier details and the British Standard number to be displayed on all road-legal plates.
Do I need front and rear plates?
Yes, UK law requires a white plate on the front and a yellow plate on the rear of all vehicles.
Can I use a show plate on the road?
No. Show plates are for display purposes only and cannot be used on public roads.

Private Plate Transfers

How do I transfer a private plate to my vehicle?
You can transfer your private registration through DVLA online or by post using a V317 form. We can guide you through the process!
Can I put a private plate on a leased or financed car?
Yes, but you’ll need permission from your leasing or finance company before making the change.
Can I put a newer plate on an older car?
No. You cannot make a car appear newer than it is. For example, you can’t put a 2023 plate on a 2018 car.
